Seikō-in Temple
清光院
Seikoin Temple, founded in 1650, holds historical graves and is a short walk from Shin-Bamba Station.
What it is
- A Rinzai sect Daitoku-ji school temple.
- Founded in 1650 by Zako-ji Seizaemon.
- Became a sub-temple of Tokai-ji.
- Separated from Tokai-ji during the Meiji era.
