A historic Jodo Shinshu temple founded in 1646 that moved from Edo to support local settlers in Kashiwa.
What it is
- A Jodo Shinshu Hongwanji-ha temple founded by Shakuken-yu in 1646
- Relocated to Toyoshiki in 1876 to serve local settlers
- Originally established in Takanawa before moving to Tsukiji in 1657
- Built following the closure of the Koganemaki pastures
