Shōmyō-ji Temple

Shōmyō-ji Temple is a historic Jōdo Shinshū temple with graves of notable figures.
What it is
- A Jōdo Shinshū Honganji-ha Buddhist temple.
- Existed in Suruga Province before the Edo period.
- Moved to Edo with Tokugawa Ieyasu.
- Moved to current location during the Hōei era (1704-).

- Grave of Ryūtei Rijō, a Tokyo-designated historic site.
- Grave of Seki Shikyō.
