Shōnen-ji Temple
称念寺 (上越市)
Shonen-ji is a historic Jishu temple with a rare cultural property, easily accessible from Takada Station.

- A Jishu Buddhist temple.
- Founded in 1327 by Ta-a Itchin.
- Originally named Oshoji, later renamed Shonen-ji.

- A wooden statue of Itchin.
