Shoren-ji Temple offers historic statues and a unique shrine, a peaceful escape from Tokyo's bustle.
What it is
- A temple of the Shingon-shu Chizan-ha sect.
- Restored in 1693 by Enshu.
- Merged with Seikoin of Asakusa in 1924.
