Shōzan-ji Temple: a historic 'Ninja Temple' with significant graves, easily accessible in Shinjuku.
What it is
- An independent Rinzai sect temple.
- Founded in 1595 by Hekiei Socho.
- Moved to its current location in 1634.
- Known as 'Ninja Temple' and served the Iga-shu.
