Shusho-in Temple

What it is

• A Nichiren sect temple.
• Founded in 1573.
• Known as "Hanamidera" (Flower Viewing Temple).
• Became a Shuin-ji temple during the 12th Shogun's time.

What to see

• Hotei-son of Yanaka Seven Gods of Fortune is enshrined.
• The Hotei-son statue was moved from Seiun-ji Temple.

• 5-minute walk from Nishi-Nippori Station.
