Sumiyoshi Shrine is a historic Yokohama guardian shrine with unique architecture and multiple enshrined deities.
What it is
- A guardian deity of Idogaya Village.
- Became a village shrine after the Meiji Restoration.
- Several shrines were merged into it in 1909.
- Enshrines Sumiyoshi Okami, Amaterasu Okami, and others.

- The main shrine building, rebuilt in 1969.
- The main shrine building is in Gongen-zukuri style.
