Suwa Shrine is a historic site in Joso City with significant carvings and a sacred tree.
What it is
- Also known as Mitsukaido Suwa Shrine.
- Enshrines Takeminakata-no-kami, Okuninushi-no-kami, and Kotoshironushi-no-kami.
- A shrine existed here during the Genroku era.
- Became the ujigami for Mitsukaido Town in 1954.

- Heiden carvings by Gotō Nuinosuke.
- Main hall carvings by Takeda Shigezaburo Morikuni.
