高瀧神社
Takataki Shrine is an ancient site dedicated to three deities, set in a natural monument forest.
What it is
- Ancient shrine, first named in 672.
- Dedicated to Konohanasakuya-hime, Tamayori-hime, and Wakeikazuchi-no-mikoto.
- Designated a place of prayer by the Satomi clan in 1534.
- Granted territory by Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1591.
