Tokumochi Shrine is a historic Tokyo shrine, relocated and rebuilt, dedicated to Homutawake no Mikoto.

- Established during the Kencho era (1249-1255).
- Transferred from Usa Jingu in Buzen.
- Dedicated to the deity Homutawake no Mikoto.
- Renamed Tokumochi Shrine in 1908.
