Tōsen-ji Temple
東泉寺
Tōsen-ji Temple is a historic Rinzai Buddhist temple founded in the 16th century.
What it is
- Rinzai school Myōshin-ji sect temple.
- Founded during the Tenbun era (1532-1555).
- Ki'an Genmitsu was the temple's founder.
- Principal image is Yakushi Nyorai.
