Tsumakoi Shrine is an ancient Inari shrine in Tokyo, dedicated to deities of love and prosperity.

- One of Japan's Seven Inari Shrines.
- Enshrines Ukanomitama no Mikoto, Yamato Takeru no Mikoto, and Ototachibana Hime no Mikoto.
- Locals enshrined Yamato Takeru and his consort.
- Known as Kanto Soshi Inari Shrine in the Edo period.
