Tsunaga Shrine

What it is

• An auxiliary shrine of Ise Grand Shrine's Inner Shrine.

• Established by Princess Yamatohime-no-mikoto.

What to see

• Shinmei-zukuri style shrine building with a thatched roof.
• Shrine building faces southwest, surrounded by a single fence.
• Shinakawa Shrine and Iwai Shrine are enshrined together.
• Located on the west bank of the Isuzu River.

Getting there

• Approximately 200m from the Uji Bridge.
