What it is

  • Also known as Mitsuzuka-san or Mitsuzuka-sama.
  • Named after three mounds, only one remains.
  • Dedicated to the deity Ukanomitama-no-kami.

What to see

  • See the remaining mound south of the shrine.
  • Visit the Mitsumine Shrine within the grounds.
  • Observe the Fujizuka.
  • View the Meoto Inari, built in 2015.

When to go

  • New Year's Day at midnight for amazake.
  • November 23rd for performances by local groups.
