- Shrine dedicated to Kamotaketsunomikoto, also Yatagarasunomikoto.
- Founded during the reign of Empress Suiko.
- Rebuilt in 1637 by Tokugawa Yorinobu.
- Revered by Kishu domain lords until the Meiji Restoration.

- Main festival is held on October 13th.
