Yōfuku-ji Temple is a historic Shingon Buddhist temple, rebuilt multiple times, a short walk from Ayase Station.

- Founded in 1685 by Eisei.
- Rebuilt in 1504 by Kenku.
- Rebuilt in 1806 by Kaijun.

- The current main hall, built in 1975.
