Zenkoji Temple is a historic site in Gujo City, enshrining unique Buddhist images.
What it is
- A Kurama-Koukyou sect temple.
- Established as Jizenbo, a Tendai sect temple.
- Re-established in 1842 by Ryoken.
- Renamed Zenkoji in 1901.
