Dairyū-ji Temple, or Rakan-san, is a historic temple known for its many Rakan statues.
What it is
- A temple of the Ōbaku school, founded in 1725.
- Commonly known as Rakan-san.
- Named Dairyū-ji in 1731.
- A branch temple of Manpuku-ji Temple.

- A wooden seated Shakyamuni Buddha statue.
- The Rakan-do hall, completed in 1779.
- Five Hundred Rakan statues.
- 300 Rakan statues consecrated in 1780.
