Fukuo Shrine is a historic Nishinomiya shrine, part of the "Sanfukujin" group, rebuilt multiple times.

- Granted the name "Fukuo" by Emperor Go-Yozei.
- A betto temple was established in 1673.
- Designated a village shrine in 1873.
