Hakusan Shrine is a historic shrine in Niigata City, known for its traditional festival.
What it is
- A Shinto shrine, also called Nuttari Hakusan Shrine.
- Dedicated to Amaterasu Omikami and Kikurihime no Mikoto.
- Served as general guardian of the Nuttari area.
- Settled at its current location in 1725 or 1726.
