Hie Shrine is a historic site with a nationally designated main hall, founded in 860.
What it is
- Also called Senba Hie Shrine or Kawagoe Hie Shrine.
- Founded in 860 by inviting Hiyoshi Taisha Shrine.
- Enshrines Oyamakui no Kami and Okuninushi.
- Akasaka Hie Shrine branched from here in 1478.
