Kataoka Shrine is a historic shrine with unique maritime connections, worth visiting for its cultural artifacts.
What it is

- Originally invited from Kataoka Shrine in Yamato Province.
- Known as Sumiyoshi Daimyojin after a分霊 from Sumiyoshi Taisha.
- Renamed Kataoka Shrine after the Meiji Restoration.
