Kōrin-ji Temple
光林寺
Kōrin-ji is a historic Jōdo-shū temple, rebuilt after a tidal wave, easily accessible by train.
What it is
- A Jōdo-shū Buddhist temple.
- Founded by Enrensha Sanyo Sonryō.
- Established during the Tenbun era (1532-1555).
- A branch temple of Jōkō-ji in Tokyo.

- The current main hall, rebuilt in 1916.
- A guest hall, built in 1973.
