Kōtokuji is a historic Rinzai temple with significant Buddhist statues and cultural properties.

What it is

  • A Rinzai sect Myōshin-ji school temple.
  • Re-established in 1878 at the former site of Fumon'in.
  • Its mountain name is Hōrinzan.
