What it is

  • A Nichiren Buddhist temple.
  • Founded by Ben'ein Nichisō Shōnin.
  • A bodaijo for the Mizoe and Togashi families.
  • Became part of the Nichiren sect in 1941.

  • The principal image is Shaka Nyorai.
  • Near the site of Mizoe-yakata (Kanazu Castle).
