- One of eleven shrines in Kasa District, Tango Province.
- Dedicated to the deity Toyouganome-no-mikoto.
- Deity is also the heavenly maiden of the Hagoromo legend.

- Kinensai festival is held on April 10th.
- Annual festival is held on October 10th.
- Niinamesai festival is held on November 23rd.
