- A Shingon-shu Reiunji-ha Buddhist temple.
- Founded during the Shotoku era (1711-1716).
- Founded by Yukei Biku.
- Prospered as a prayer place for the Tayasu Tokugawa family.

- Plaque on the Sanmon gate written by Matsudaira Sadanobu.
