- Also known as Forest Green Tree Frog Temple.
- Its mountain name is Unryuzan.

- Main deity is a seated Amitabha Nyorai statue.
- Also enshrines Yakushi Nyorai and Kobo Daishi statues.
- Current main hall was rebuilt in 2000.
- New temple gate was completed in April 2010.
- Cemetery for the Hojo family has over 25 gravestones.
- Special goshuin stamp features the Japanese tree frog habitat.
