Ensho-ji Temple is a historic Shingon Buddhist temple in Shinjuku, known for its ancient statue and cherry tree.

- Established by Fujiwara no Hidesato.
- Temple grounds were once a mansion site.
- Reconstructed in the Edo period by Kasuga no Tsubone.
