Saimyō-ji Temple

What it is
- A Shingon-shu Buzan sect temple.
- Founded between 729 and 749 by Gyōki.
- The 20th temple of the Bandō Sanjūsankannon pilgrimage.
- Principal image is the Eleven-faced Kannon Bosatsu.
