- Founded in 1673 by Kensei.
- Served as a retirement temple for Anyo-in abbots.

- The current main hall, built in 1982.
- A Kongo-kai Dainichi Nyorai statue in the main hall.
- Two Koshin-to towers on the grounds.
- A Batou Kannon statue.
- A tombstone from 1691.
- An unen-to from 1843.
