Shōgyō-ji Temple
正行寺
Shōgyō-ji Temple is a historic Jōdo-shū temple with sumo graves, easily accessible in Tokyo.
What it is
- A Jōdo-shū Buddhist temple.
- Founded in 1604 by Nen'yo Tatsudō.
- Built with permission from Tokugawa Ieyasu.
- Moved to its present location in 1683.
