Shinchoin is a historic Shingon Buddhist temple, a peaceful stop near Akabane-iwabuchi Station.

- A Shingon-shu Chizan-ha Buddhist temple.
- Founded by Shuzen in the mid-Muromachi period.
- Became a betto-ji of Fukurowa Suwa Shrine.
