Sōgan-ji Temple is a historic Buddhist temple with important statues and a connection to a famous writer.
What it is
- A temple of the Jodo Shinshu Honganji-ha sect.
- Founded in 1217 by Sainen.
- Rebuilt in 1597 by Ryōnen.
