Takabe Shrine is a historic shrine in Minamiboso City, known nationwide for its enshrined deities.
What it is
- A Shikinaisha shrine, formerly a Gosha shrine.
- Enshrines Iwakatsuka Mutukari no Mikoto, Amaterasu Sumera Okami, Inari Okami.
- Current shrine originated in the early Edo period.
- Founded by Takagi Kichiemon in 1620 as Shimeisha shrine.
