What it is
- Founded in the 18th year of Emperor Suinin's reign.
- Dedicated to the deity Uka-no-Mitama-no-Okami.
- Rebuilt in 1619 after the 1615 Summer Siege of Osaka.
- Designated a prefectural shrine during the Meiji era.

- Current shrine buildings rebuilt in October 1954.
- A stone torii donated by Toyotomi Hideyori in 1603.
- A bronze statue of Toyotomi Hideyori, erected in 2011.
